These turned out sooo good. Hubby and I got up late (no work will do that to you) so I made these breakfast quiches for brunch. I found the recipe a few days ago on the Pillsbury website and just HAD to try it out. You may revel in it's beauty.

Now, I must shower because I have to go to the store to pick up some things to finish my sister's birthday gift as well as pick up some ingredients for some super secret dishes I'm going to make for Corky's Crawfish Boil on Saturday. Actually, they're not secret. I'm just making hummus and a carrot cake. I'll take some pictures. Ciao!
